When visitors leave requests for assistance or offers of volunteer services on Frontlinehelper.com we collect the data shown in the request form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We do retain the information supplied by the requester or volunteer, but only so long as it is required to perform the functions of the Frontline Helper program.

If you leave a request for assistance or an offer of volunteer services the request and metadata only as long as it is needed to meet requester or volunteer needs. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up requests automatically instead of holding them for a period of time.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have submitted a request for assistance or offer of volunteer services, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
